The DILG Nueva Ecija headed by PD Renato G Bernardino facilitated the pre-assessment of CY 2019 and 2020 Anti-Drug Abuse Council and Peace and Order of Municipality of Talavera, Nueva Ecija on April 19, 2022 at the Municipal compound of Talavera, Nueva Ecija.
During the activity, LGOO V Anna Marie P. Batad and LGOO II Ma. Christina P. Casares discussed the revised 2019 and 2020 ADAC and POC performance indicators. They provided necessary technical assistance by initially assessing the documentary requirements per indicators to measure the level of preparedness of the Local Government Unit for the actual assessment. It also served as a preparation of the LGU to the upcoming performance audit.
The ADAC Performance Audit shall asses the level of functionality of local Anti-Drug Abuse Councils based on the existing issuances and policies while POC audit is intended to assess the effectivity and efficiency in implementing programs towards peace and order of the local Peace and Order Councils.
