CITY OF MALOLOS, BULACAN – The Province of Bulacan commemorates the 121st Anniversary of the Declaration of the Philippine Independence with a theme, "Kalayaan 2019: Tapang ng Bayan, Malasakit sa Mamamayan", at the historic Barasoain Church on July 12, 2019. The celebration started with a Flag Raising Ceremony followed by an Oath to the Philippine Flag and wreath laying at the monument of General Emilio Aguinaldo, the first president of the country.
