To gear up the local government units of Bataan for the upcoming Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Performance Audit, DILG Bataan headed by Provincial Director Myra Moral-Soriano, held a provincial orientation on April 27, 2021 via Zoom.
The orientation presented the 2019 and 2020 ADAC Performance Audit Indicator Reference and a system demonstration of the ADAC Functionality Monitoring System (ADAC-FMS). During the event, it was explained that documents shall be uploaded to the ADAC-FMS for the evaluation and assessment by the Audit Provincial Team (APT).
Participants of the roll-out include DILG Bataan Cluster Head Melissa Nipal, C/MLGOOs and the LGU ADAC focal persons and IT/encoders of the province. PNP officials from the 13 LGUs of Bataan also attended the online activity for them to assist their respective LGUs in the document data and gathering phase.
ADAC Audit provincial focal person, LGOO III Danilyn Pena acted as the resource speaker during the activity, while LGOO II Laverne Gonzales Jr. hosted the visual presentation showing the whole features of the ADAC-FMS.
The ADAC Performance Audit shall assess the functionality and effectiveness of local ADACs based on existing issuances and policies and will recognize the best, effective and performing ADACs in the province.
