Rubio, along with PNP Baler MPS representative, PEMS Amelia P. Sanchez, BFP Baler Fire Station representative SFO2 Mary P. Valenzuela, and DILG SSCP Focal Person Gerald Philip Esteves on March 11, 2022, after complying with the minimum public health standards set by the national government and the IATF.
