As part of the continuous implementation of SIKAN program, the DILG Pampanga kicked off the year with a wellness activity with the theme “Bayung Sikan King Bayung Banua”, held on January 10, 2025, at the DILG Pampanga Provincial Office.
The activity aimed to set the tone for a collaborative work environment, as we prepare for another year of dedicated public service through the creation of strong workplace culture.
The Bayung Sikan king Bayung Banua wellness activity is the first in a series of activities under SIKAN 2025, which emphasizes sustainable and innovative approaches to organizational development and public service.
