On February 15, 2022, DILG Tarlac conducted its 2nd Provincial Team Conference (PTC) at Tarlac Capitol Center, Tarlac City to update its personnel with the current implementation status of the Department's programs, projects, and activities. The assembly also served as an opportunity to shoot for an Audio-Visual Presentation of the Philippine National Anthem.
The PTC was presided over by Provincial Director Belina T. Herman, while LGOO II Camille Ann N. Transfiguracion served as the emcee. LGOO VI Romer T. Enaje, Program Manager, presented the accomplishments, highlights, and updates of the Monitoring and Evaluation Section. On the other hand, LGOO III Henrielle Justeene A. Tuliao shared the updates under the Capability Development Section, specifically on Gender and Development and the Local Council for the Protection of Children.
Engr. Karl Anne P. Domingo then provided the status of the province's Locally Funded Projects while LGOO II Khaliza Mae C. Pineda discussed the latest updates/issuances under the Finance and Administrative Section such as the new alternate work arrangement and the reiteration of the enhanced policy on office decorum. After all the updates, LGOO VI Enaje showed the 2023 Proposed Budget Allocation for the construction of the office's perimeter fence and the Local Governance Resource Center Building.
The fruitful activity concluded through the closing remarks of PD Belina T. Herman, CESO V wherein she expressed her heartfelt gratitude to everyone for their prompt attendance and cooperation. She also conveyed her appreciation to the entire DILG Tarlac Team for always being "Matino, Mahusay, at Maaasahan".
