The Municipality of Floridablanca launched its automated Integrated Business Permit and Licensing System on December 28, 2021, giving business owners and investors better servicing processing and procedures.

 DILG Pampanga Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia and DICT OIC-Regional Director Engr. Reynaldo Sy witnessed the ceremonial launch of the e-BPLS of Floridablanca, marking the LGU as the 12th town in Pampanga to have their issuance, renewal, and related certifications computer-automated.

PD Fabia highlighted that the automation shall lift the capability of the LGU to cater the needs of business owners of a fast, clean, and transparent transaction and service, and shall attract investors to the town to be translated into a better, improved services to the people.

"Natutuwa ako na hindi pinalagpas ni Mayor Darwin Manalansan and Vice Mayor Michael Galang na matapos ang taon upang ihabol ang dati ko nang pangarap na maging automated ang BPLS sa bayan ng Florida. Kaya naman ang aking pagbati sa bayan ng Floridablanca, kasunod din ng maraming karangalang natanggap ng munisipyo sa pagpasa ng 2020 Seal of Good Financial Housekeeping, high functionality ratings on multiple assessments conducted by the DILG, and being the hall of fame awardee of the Seal of Good Local Governance," she shared.

e-BPLS is the automation of the current business permits and licensing system of the LGU, lodging the process into online application and release of permits, licenses, and certifications related to business permit applications, renewal, and certificate of occupancy.


PD Fabia also ceremoniously awarded the 2019 and 2020 High Functionality Result on the Anti-Drug Abuse Council of Floridablanca.
