The Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) National Validation for the 7 LGUs in the Province of Aurora was conducted from September 19-21, 2022. Demonstrating good local governance across ten (10) governance areas were the Provincial Government of Aurora and Municipalities of Baler, Dilasag, Dingalan, Dipaculao, Maria Aurora and San Luis.

Sa isang makulay at makasaysayang tagpo, pormal na binuksan noong ika-8 ng Setyembre, 2023, ang pagdiriwang ng Singkaban Festival na may temang "Likas na Yaman, Kasaysayan at Kultura, Pangalagaan ating Pamana ". Ang pagdiriwang na ito ay pinangunahan nila Panauhing Pandangal Sen. Imee R. Marcos na kinatawan ni Bb. Eliza Romualdez-Valtos, kasama sina Punong Lalawigan Daniel R. Fernando, Ikalawang Punong Lalawigan Alexis C. Castro, at iba pang mga opisyal ng lalawigan.

The Vice Mayors League of the Philippines (VMLP) Zambales Chapter, under the leadership of Vice Mayor Joan D. Ballesteros and the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) headed by Councilor Peter T. Lim, in coordination with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Zambales led by Martin Porres B. Moral and in partnership with the Provincial Government of Zambales thru the leadership of Governor Hermogenes E. Ebdane, Jr.—launched the first (1st) institutionalized Local Legislative Award System dubbed as "Zambales' Exemplary Achievements as Legislators" or the ZEAL Award, on September 22, 2023 at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Blg. 006, S. of 2023 ng Pambansang Tanggapan para sa Pagtugon ng Sakuna o National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), nakilahok noon Setyembre 7, 2023 ang Panlalawigang Tanggapan ng Kagawaran ng Interyor at Pamahalaang Lokal para sa ikatlong kwarter ng National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED).
The Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) National Validation Team from DILG Region V conducted rounds of validation on the thirteen (13) CY 2023 SGLG potential passers in the province, namely: Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija, City of San Jose, and Municipalities of Bongabon, Cabiao, Cuyapo, Gabaldon, Gen Tinio, Llanera, Nampicuan, Rizal, San Antonio, San Leonardo, and Talavera.
