Ang programang ito ay naglalayong mas palakasin ang kapasidad at kaalaman ng mga kalihim ng barangay upang mas mapataas ang kanilang kakayahan sa tungkuling kanilang ginagampanan bilang mga kalihim.

Earlier today, the City Government of Meycauayan inaugurated a new garbage collection vehicle, funded under the FY 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF), amounting to PHP 2,300,000.00.
