ORANI, BATAAN – Marking yet another proud moment for the Province of Bataan and Central Luzon, the Municipality of Orani shines as the fourth achiever nationwide in completing its FY 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF) project.
A final inspection was conducted by the DILG Bataan Locally-Funded Projects (LFP) Team on April 8, 2024, to verify the physical condition and specification of the project. Amounting to 1.8 million pesos, the project entitled "Purchase of One Unit Multi-Purpose Vehicle for Community Security" achieved a 100% physical completion on March 26, 2024, as officially validated on the SGLGIF website.
Moreover, to maximize the visit, the LFP Team also facilitated an onsite monitoring for the LGU’s FY 2023 Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP) project. This includes overseeing the physical progress and ensuring quality assurance for the infrastructure work entitled “Upgrading of the Farm-to-Market Road in Barangay Balut.”
Following the inspection, the LFP Team convened an exit conference, joined by Mayor Efren “Bondjong” Pascual, Jr., and MLGOO Catherine Aduna.
