With the strong commitment to manage the growth and change of the town, the municipality of Abucay vouched to craft its Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for FY 2024-2029.
The DILG Bataan CDP Team composed of CDS Chief Johnny Mandocdoc and LGOO II Michelle Samson worked with MLGOO Mildred Sazon to provide the needed technical assistance during the Orientation on the CDP Formulation Process held on January 13, 2023 at the municipal building's conference room.
As a way of expressing support for this initiative, LGU department heads and personnel drafted the executive order of the Municipal Planning Team (MPT), along with the preparation of the timeline of activities.
The local functionaries believe that the completion of their CDP would greatly help them in local governance as this is one of the components of the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG).
