Capping off a series of progressive constructions, various barangays and local government units in Limay and Orion completed their respective public facilities and were inaugurated on March 14 and 15, 2022, respectively.
The inauguration of the 3-storey barangay hall of Brgy. Lamao was led by Congressman Joet Garcia, Limay Mayor Nelson David and DILG Bataan Provincial Director Myra Moral-Soriano.
Punong Barangay Leila Cruz and the sangguniang barangay of Lamao were commended on their collaborative efforts to provide a safe and comfortable space for their constituents for meetings and other social gatherings. The activity was also attended by Vice Governor Cris Garcia, Vice Mayor Richie Jason David and Limay local officials.
Likewise, three public facilities were also inaugurated in Orion on March 15:
The inaugurations were graced by Gov. Albert Garcia, Cong. Joet Garcia, Orion Mayor Antonio Raymundo, Jr. and PD Myra Soriano. Said facilities will strengthen the environmental management program of Orion and will provide a venue for various activities of the municipality.
KAMALIG-Orion or the Orion Sports Complex is a large multi-purpose facility supported by the 2nd congressional district of Bataan, provincial government, the local government of Orion, Assistance to Municipalities (AM) program of the DILG and DPWH.
