As part of the celebration of Disaster Consciousness Month, the Local Government Unit of Baler conducted the 2nd Municipal Emergency and Disaster Rescue Challenge 2015 at Baler Municipal Plaza on July 31, 2015.

To prepare for the launch of Ugnayan ng Barangay at Simbahan (UBAS) in the Province of Aurora, a coordination meeting was held in the Prelature of Infanta at Infanta, Quezon with Bishop Bernardino Cortez on July 14, 2015. DILG Aurora Provincial Director Renato G. Bernardino, in a dialogue with Bishop Cortez, solicited the support of the Church in this undertaking. Matters involving Bottom-Up Budgeting (BUB) Projects and other areas of engagement were one of the topics discussed during this meeting.
Regional Director Florida Dijan has presented the Department of the Interior and Local Government III’s Budget Proposal for FY 2016 to the members of the Regional Development Council’s Sectoral Committee on Development Administration on April 1, 2015 at NEDA Regional Office III.
