The DILG Office of Project Development Services (OPDS) SubayBAYANI Awards is a prestigious recognition program that promotes transparency and accountability in local project implementation and showcases excellent practices in monitoring and evaluation for impactful change.
The ceremony recognizes LGUs who have shown exceptional acts of service and dedication through the consistent performance of their duties and responsibilities as users of the SubayBAYAN Portal and as champions of good local infrastructure governance.
Representing Governor Reynante A. Tolentino, Provincial Planning Officer IV Jovenal Namoro (Provincial Planning and Development Office), and Engr. IV Galicano Arcega (Division Chief of Materials and Testing, Provincial Engineering Office) attended the event together with LGOO II Denn Jennings Angel M. Oviatt of DILG Aurora.
