Catch up on LFP-related news! Here is a rundown of DILG Aurora’s Locally Funded Projects Team in action this week:

• On March 14, 2024, the LFP team conducted a one-on-one consultation and orientation for the Provincial Government of Aurora in the implementation of their FY 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund Project. Engr. Rosanna C. Hernandez provided information on the eligible project types, and documentary requirements and collaborated with the Provincial Administrator Mr. Jude Carmelo Q. Fulgar on steps moving forward for a successful implementation of the Computerization of Real Property Tax and Management System worth PHP 4,000,000.00.

• Engr. Rosanna C. Hernandez, Engr. Kenny Jean N. Iniwan, PEO II Angel Oviatt, and LGOO II Gerald D.C. Esteves attended the 1st Quarter Calibration of Locally Funded Projects at the DILG Regional Office III in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga on March 12-13. Engr. Iniwan presented the status of projects being implemented in Aurora and the team collaborated with the Regional and Provincial Offices for the consultation workshop, action planning, and updates on program guidelines.

• On March 11, 2024, The LFP Team travelled to the coastal Barangay of Dikapinisan, San Luis to conduct an inspection for the sustainability of the Farm-To-Market Road funded under the FY 2022 Local Government Support Fund - Support to Barangay Development Program. During the site visit, the Provincial Project Monitoring Team alongside the Municipal Project Monitoring Committee of San Luis met with PB Mauro P. Dela Torre for problem-solving and consultation to ensure that the project will continue to provide access and benefit the community.
