The Multi Sectoral Advisory Committee (MSAC) meets on October 17, 2023 for its 4th quarter meeting.
With the success of the Pilot implemention of Negoskwela sa Barangay in Apalit, the MSAC members expressed their intention to extend the reach of the program tapping not only the business sector and the Small Medium Enterprises but also the agricultural sector and those who needed assistance in order to start a livelihood.
Likewise, a resolution was passed to expand the MSAC and include the Philippine Councilors League Pampanga Chaper, Pampanga League of Mayors, Local Lady Legislators League of Philippines—Pampanga, and Pampanga Association of Business Permit and Licensing Officers as new members. The expansion of MSAC shall open new opportunities for collaboration among members and explore possible programs and projects.
In her message, PD Myra Soriano expressed her gratitude for the success of the negoskwela and is looking forward that this will be replicated by other local government units.
Vice Mayor Emmanual Alejandrino on the other hand hopes for the success of MSAC programs that will be contribute the sucess of all government programs and projects.
