Tactac, Jr., CESO V, Provincial Director, successfully conducted the “Equal Hands, Saving Lives: A GAD-Focused First Aid and Basic Life Support Training” on December 11, 2025 at the Liga ng mga Barangay Conference Hall, Cabanatuan City.
