The DILG Pampanga together with the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office and the Municipality of Minalin conducted a joint regular river clean-up activity last November 26, 2013 at Barangay San Nicolas, Minalin, Pampanga.
The group assembled in front of the Sta. Monica Parish Church at 6:00AM before proceeding to their designated clean-up area. Sacks of garbage were collected from the said activity.
Also in attendance are the representatives from Philippine National Police and Bureau of Fire Protection. Residents from Barangay San Nicolas also joined the clean-up activity.
