CABANATUAN CITY – In celebration of the National Women’s Month and in line with the ongoing efforts under the Manila Bay Clean-Up, Rehabilitation, and Preservation Program (MBCURPP), DILG Nueva Ecija actively participated in a clean-up activity organized by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) on March 15, 2024.

The drive took place along Felipe Vergara Highway, Brgy. Sta. Arcadia, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija demonstrating a collective commitment to environmental stewardship and community mobilization. It served as a testament of the dedication of various government agencies and local communities in ensuring the cleanliness and sustainability of our natural resources. Likewise, it reflects the spirit of cooperation and collaboration essential to addressing environmental challenges.

Through initiatives like this, DILG Nueva Ecija, through the leadership of Provincial Director Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., reaffirms its commitment to support environmental programs and fostering a culture of environmental awareness and responsibility among citizens.
