The Local Government Unit (LGU) of San Marcelino, Zambales, in coordination with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Municipal Awards Committee (MAC), assessed the LGU's 18 barangays for the 2021 Most Outstanding Lupong Tagapamayapa on March 3, 2021 at the Liga ng mga Barangay Office.

Road clearing (RC) validation teams of the 14 local government units (LGUs) in the Province of Zambales conducted their respective on-site validation which commenced last February 22-March 2, 2021 to inspect and ensure that all roads in the LGUs were cleared of illegal obstructions following the President's directive and pertinent Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) memoranda mandating all LGUs to continue to clear and restore roads for public use.

In compliance with DILG Memorandum regarding "Guidelines for the Conduct of Validation of LGU Compliance with Road Clearing" dated January 19, 2021, the Provincial, City and Municipal Validation Teams in Bulacan conducted on-site validations to the 3 Cities and 21 Municipalities in the Province from February 16, 2021 until March 2, 2021.
