In compliance with DILG Memorandum regarding "Guidelines for the Conduct of Validation of LGU Compliance with Road Clearing" dated January 19, 2021, the Provincial, City and Municipal Validation Teams in Bulacan conducted on-site validations to the 3 Cities and 21 Municipalities in the Province from February 16, 2021 until March 2, 2021.

The validation teams composed of the DILG, PNP, BFP and CSO representatives have assessed and validated the following: (1) presence of road obstruction; (2) issuance of ordinance of LGU pertaining to road clearing; (3) conduct of road obstruction; (4) displacement strategy or any activities on removal of road obstructions, implementation of orderly parking scheme and provision of alternative livelihood for affected vendors; (5) rehabilitation of road to fully restore for public use; (6) any platform created by LGU to handle grievances relative to presence of illegally parked vehicles or any other form of obstruction; and (7) action of LGU relative to banning of tricycle on national highway.

The validation kicked-off last February 16, 2021 at the City of Malolos and Municipality of Baliwag respectively.
