The DILG Zambales Provincial Office, in collaboration with the DILG Regional Information and Communication Technology Unit (RICTU) III, facilitated a provincial roll-out on the revised 2019 and 2020 Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Performance Audit Indicator Reference, back-to-back with a hands-on training on the ADAC-Functionality Monitoring System (FMS). This activity which was conducted for the municipal local government operations officers (MLGOOs) and municipal ADAC focal persons/encoders, and in pursuit of gearing up the monitoring of the local ADACs' performance, measuring their functionality for the years 2019 and 2020, was held on April 26, 2021 via Zoom meetings online platform.

In response to growing concerns over the rising active cases in the province, DILG Pampanga called an emergency meeting on April 19, 2021 with all the Field Officers to calibrate and validate the status of isolation facilities in all 21 cities and municipalities particularly the number of accommodated patients in said facilities, active cases per LGU and the top three barangays per LGU with the highest Covid-19 cases.
