The PAMMADAYAW, meaning "trust" in Ilocano, is an awarding and incentives program initiated by the local government unit (LGU) to recognize and celebrate the exceptional contributions of barangays in fostering community development and good local governance.
Nitong ika-29 ng Agosto taong 2024, muling nagsanib-puwersa sa pagtalakay ng kasalukuyang kalagayan ng kaayusan at seguridad ng lalawigan ang mga kasapi ng Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC), Provincial Anti Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) at Provincial Disaster Risk and Reduction Management Council (PDRRMC) sa isinagawang pulong ng mga konseho para sa ikatlong kwarter ng taon na ginanap sa Balin, Sambali, Iba, Zambales.
Ibanians ang bida at naging sentro ng isinagawang Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) Serbisyo Caravan, noong ika-28 ng Agosto, 2024 na ginanap sa Brgy. Sta. Barbara, Iba, Zambales. Ang nasabing aktibidad ay pinangunahan ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Iba na pinamumunuan ni Kgg. Irenea A. Binan, Punong Bayan, sa pakikipagtulungan sa Kagawaran ng Interyor at Pamahalaang Lokal, Hukbong Katihan ng Pilipinas, Tanggapan ng Pulisya, at Technical Education and Skills Development Authority o TESDA, at iba pang mga ahensya.
