The provincial government of Nueva Ecija, through the leadership of Governor Aurelio M. Umali, Vice Governor Emmanuel Antonio M. Umali, in cooperation with the DILG Provincial Office of Nueva Ecija headed by Atty. Ofelio A. The Local Government Unit and Liga ng mga Barangay of San Antonio, Zambales in partnership with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Zambales and Philippine National Police (PNP) conducted Skills Enhancement Seminar for Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (BADACs) last October 12, 2022 at Events Center, 2nd Floor, RHU Extension Building, Brgy. Rizal San Antonio, Zambales. The activity aimed to enhance the capacity of BADACs in the performance of their duties and responsibilities as well as the BADACs performance in the functionality audit conducted by the Department.
