The Barangay Assembly of Alasasin was conducted on March 31, 2019 at the Alasasin Multi-Purpose Covered Court with the theme, "Barangay Natin, Sama-samang Paunlarin. Makiisa! Makilahok! Makialam!"

On its strong commitment to the promotion of gender equality development, peace and order, and campaign against illegal drugs, DILG Bataan, in coordination with the Liga ng mga Barangay, ushered in the Seminar-Workshop on GAPS: Barangay Gender and Development (GAD) 2020 Formulation, Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Action Plan, Barangay Peace and Order Public Safety (POPS) Plan Updating and Barangay Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG).

Tarlac City, Tarlac – for the first semester of 2019, DILG Region III showcased the barangay assembly of San Rafael, Tarlac City held at the San Rafael covered court on March 30, 2019.
This is in connection with Section 397 (b) of the Local Government Code of 1991, which mandates barangays to conduct assemblies at least twice a year, reinforced by Proclamation No 599 issued by President Duterte in 2018 declaring all Saturdays and Sundays of March and October as barangay assembly days.

In partnership with the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) and Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Region III, the Department of the Interior and Local Government conducted an activity entitled "Review and Evaluation of the Provincial/City Result Matrices" on March 29, 2019 at Redd Manor Hotel, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
