ANGELES CITY – The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region 3, thru the Project Development and Management Section (PDMS), spearheaded the conduct of the Locally-Funded Projects (LFPs) 1st Quarter Assessment and Calibration of Status Reports on March 27, 2019 at Grace Crown Hotel, Angeles City.

The activity was participated in by the Regional Management Team, Cluster Team Leaders, Program Managers, Locally-Funded Projects Focal Persons, Provincial Engineers, Provincial Community Development Officers (PCDOs), and DILG R03 Project Development and Management Section staff.

It served as an avenue to discuss and reconcile data with regards to the implementation and status of all LFPs. Provincial Engineers presented the updates on their respective provinces along with their targets. Likewise, Regional Focal Persons presented the consolidated status and over-all standing of Regional 3 for the teams' validation.

At the latter part of the activity, a workshop was conducted where the teams prepared and submitted their respective action plans indicating their catch-up strategies and timelines.
