In a bid to promote peace and order within the community, DILG Bataan, led by PD Belina T. Herman, CESO V, has organized a refresher training on the Katarungang Pambarangay Law for the lupong tagapamayapa members of Orani.
The training, which commenced on March 28, 2023, is being held at the Sangguniang Bayan Gallery and is set to conclude on March 31, 2023. An initiative of MLGOO Maribel Patawaran, the said program aims to underscore the importance of enhancing the capacities of lupon members in maintaining peace and order and resolving conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
The reorientation course is being conducted in batches and is facilitated by a team composed of PD Herman, Samal MLGOO Ma. Jasmin Bartolo, and MLGOO Patawaran. Through this training, the lupon members of Orani are expected to be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle barangay conflicts with sensitivity and efficiency.
This initiative is a crucial step towards promoting a peaceful and harmonious community, and it is hoped that the lupon members of Orani will be able to apply their learnings effectively and make a positive impact on the lives of their fellow citizens.
