To further strengthen the Local Governance Resource Center otherwise known as the Ing Kulitan, of DILG Pampanga a Knowledge Management (KM) Orientation and Audit was conducted on June 2, 2023.
“Kaya natin kino-conduct ito ay dahil tayo ay parte ng Ing Kulitan at gusto natin ay makita din natin paano naiimplement ang knowledge management sa ating level nang sa gayon ay ma-improve natin ito”. Said PD Myra Soriano. She also added that this activity is first in Central Luzon to be conducted.
As a result of the audit, most field offices are already in the refinement level which means that KM is already being implemented and continuously being improved. Some offices are on the other hand are on the expansion level which means that KM is being implemented within the institution.
With this, LGOO III Armee Joyce Sumang emphasized that the DILG Pampanga looks forward to achieve the mature level on all field offices’ and the provincial office as well. Mature level means that KM is mainstreamed in the organization.
Said audit is conducted to determine the level of each field offices in KM which is vital to determine what are the areas to improve in order to facilitate effective knowledge sharing within the Department and to the external stakeholders, as well.
