Faster, efficient, and more reliable transactions are anticipated to bring in more investments and create an enabling environment for doing business in Candaba as the town headed by Mayor Rene Maglanque, unveiled today, March 17, 2022, its integrated business permit and licensing system (iBPLS) in a ceremonial ribbon cutting and MOA signing.

Attended by DILG Pampanga Provincial Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia, DICT Regional Director Reynaldo T. Sy, DICT-GDTB Dir. Arnold de Castro, DTI Provincial Director Elenita Ordonio, the said milestone signals the LGU's transition to automation of its permitting and licensing processes in response to the government's call to streamline systems and procedures of all government services aimed at improving the ease of doing business in the country.

In his message, Mayor Rene Maglanque thanked DILG for its all-out support to the municipality through the years and for being an integral part in the LGU's pursuit to becoming business-friendly and competitive.

Meanwhile, PD Myrvi Apostol-Fabia conveyed her commendation to the town for the launch of its iBPLS.

eBPLS is an innovative approach to fast-tracking the application process of registering and renewing business permits electronically, enabling LGUs to deliver public service more efficiently.
