The Provincial Government of Tarlac, together with the Department of the Interior and Local Government - Tarlac conducted their Joint Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), Provincial Development Council (PDC), Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC), Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction, and Management Council (PDRRMC) Meeting for the First Quarter of FY 2022 last February 08, 2022, at Bulwagang Kanlahi, Diwa ng Tarlac, Tarlac City, Tarlac.
The meeting was presided by Governor Susan A. Yap as the PPOC Chairperson. It was held to highlight the accomplishments and updates of our partner agencies such as the Philippine National Police (PNP), Provincial Health Office (PHO), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), Tarlac Provincial Jail (TPJ), Armed Forces of the Philippines (3rd Mechanized Infantry Battalion), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), and Bureau of Fire Protection, with regards to the maintenance of peace and order in the province, as well as the sustainability of our campaign against illegal drugs.
Atty. Mona Ann Aldana- Campos, Provincial Supervisor Election IV of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), was also invited to discuss the guidelines relative to the election campaign activities. Afterwards, DILG Tarlac presented the 2019 and 2020 Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) Audit Indicators and later on, the PADAC audit results to the body.
The fruitful activity also served as a venue to recognize the Provincial Government of Tarlac's efforts toward the successful implementation of locally-funded projects:
1. Best Implementer in the Implementation of Road Project under F.Y. 2020 CMGP Program in Central Luzon;

2. 100% Compliance Rating in the Updating of SubayBAYAN Portal from F.Y. 2016 – F.Y. 2020 DILG Locally Funded Projects; and

3. Second Best Provincial Government in the Submission and Uploading of Provincial Devolution Transition Plans in the DILG Online Repository.

The awards were handed over to Governor Susan A. Yap by DILG Tarlac Provincial Director Belina T. Herman, CESO V, and Cluster Team Leaders Fortunato M. Abraham III and Renalyn D. Iglesias
