The Department of the Interior and Local Government-Angeles City (DILG-AC) achieved recognition as Best DILG Highly Urbanized City (HUC) Office during the Year-End Evaluation cum Awarding of Best Performing Provinces/HUCs and Employees 2021 on December 20 at DILG-R3 Office, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
The said accolade recognizes the office's outstanding performance in the implementation of the Department's programs, projects and activities for CY 2021.
City Director Martin Porres B. Moral also received the following certificates of distinction for DILG-AC during the awarding ceremony: Best Sub-Local Governance Regional Resource Center; Outstanding Hotline 8888 Delivery Rate; and Highest Rating in 2021 Q4 MED Compliance Monitoring System (HUC Category, Invaluable contribution in guiding Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City which was adjudged as HUC Category 2021 Regional Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards Winner and 2021 National LTIA 1st Runner-Up).
"Though pandemic still brings challenges, we can claim that this year is a fruitful one in terms of the accomplishments due to the dedication and perseverance of our workforce," said CD Moral. "I respectfully thank the team for its unwavering commitment to meet the targets."
