All cities and towns strategically drew their roadmap towards a more prepared local government through the revisiting and finalization of LGU Capacity Development Agenda held on November 24, 2021, at Royce Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone.

In line with the implementation of Mandanas Ruling, functions and services will be fully assumed by the Local Government Units, thus the necessity to look into their preparedness and capacity to take on said responsibilities.

With the aim of ensuring the effective implementation of functions and services through the aid of comprehensive capacity development agenda in consideration of the full devolution, the activity focused on revisiting the CDA outputs of the LGUs by the functionaries with the assistance of the DILG for the finalization of their respective Capacity Development Agenda.

Present in the seminar-workshop were the DILG Officers, and LGU functionaries per City/Municipality who are all key in the effective performance and implementation of the LGUs' functions and services.
