He also urged all the members of the Local Special Bodies to work together with the local government. "I cannot see any reasons why we cannot be successful if we will help one another," he said.

LPOC members from the PNP, BFP and BJMP informed the body about their programs, activities and accomplishments relative to the upholding of peace and order in the city.

OIC-City Director Amada C. Dumagat presented the compositions and functions of the following Local Special Bodies: Local School Board, Local Health Board, Local Development Council and Local Peace and Order Council.

Moreover, OIC-CD Dumagat included the discussion of the guidelines on the release and use of Confidential Fund in the meeting which the Local Government units can use the said fund specifically for peace and order activities.
