The Department of the Interior and Local Government of Nueva Ecija, headed by Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr. conducted its Hybrid Provincial Team Conference for the month of October on October 20, 2022, joined personally by the Provincial Office personnel and Field Officers from Districts 1 and 3 while Field Officers from Districts 2 and 4 joined the PTC via Zoom Application.

LGOO VII Dennis A. Daquiz and LGOO VII Fortunato M. Abrahan III, Cluster 1 and 2 Team Leaders, respectively, acknowledged the presence and attendance of the Field Officers from their respective clusters. It was then followed by the discussion of the Department's latest issuances discussed by LGOO VI Alfa Krista C. Reyes, Program Manager of DILG Nueva Ecija.
Afterwards, LGOO V Anna Marie P. Batad, Chief of the Capability Development Section (CDS), discussed the status of submission of reports under their section while the reports and updates on the Locally Funded Projects (LFP) was discussed by Engr. III John Carlo R. Tadeo, Engr. II Edcel S. Serrano, and PEO II Ryan Reese B. Maghinang. The status of reports under the Monitoring and Evaluation Section (MES), was discussed by LGOO III Donnabel E. Estipular while the timeline of the uploading and encoding of the CY 2022 Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) using the Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance Knowledge Management System (SCFLG-KMS) was discussed by LGOO II Bon Paby B. Mingua. Lastly, the updates and status of reports submission on the Finance and Administrative Section (FAS) was discussed by the FAS Chief, LGOO V Rossella P. Edillor.
After all the updates, the Cluster Team Leaders addressed the issues and concerns the Field Officers have raised in the past month and presented legal basis and DILG issuances regarding the said concerns. To close the activity, PD Tactac shared his message and reminded everyone to raise their issues and concerns properly and objectively.
