The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Region 3, together with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 3, spearheaded the Training on the Regional Project Monitoring and Evaluation System (RPMES) on September 24, 2021 via Zoom Cloud Meetings application with a live simulcast at the DILG Central Luzon Official Facebook page.

 Said activity was aimed to enhance the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) skills of participants for an efficient and effective implementation of programs and projects being monitored at the regional and sub-regional levels and to prepare Project Implementing Offices and Local Government Units/Local Project Monitoring Committees in the implementation of the e-RPMES, a web-based project M&E system in Central Luzon.

In attendance were Regional Line Agencies, Local Project Monitoring Committee members, and LGU functionaries to discuss the RPMES Operational Guidelines 2016, its rationale, objectives, framework, scope, and report preparation.
