Pursuant to Republic Act No. 11519 otherwise known as "An Act Extending the Availability of Appropriations under the Bayanihan to Recover as One Act', DILG Angeles City facilitated a series of interview/assessment to Contact Tracers for possible renewal of contracts on January 21, 25 and 26, 2021.

 In preparation for the possible renewal of contact tracers, DILG Angeles City headed by City Director Martin Porres B. Moral together with LGOO VI Luz M. Madlangbayan and LGOO V Romer T. Enaje led the assessment of contact tracers based on their work performance, attitude and other factors that will contribute to their performance.

DILG Regional Office III allotted 60 contact tracers for DILG Angeles City based on the 30% across the board prorated distribution.
Renewal of Contact Tracers will be effective upon the availability funds.
