DILG Region III has completed its ISO 9001:2015 third Surveillance Audit on December 3-4, 2020 via zoom platform.

 During the opening meeting, RD Julie Daquioag shared the continuous improvement of the QMS implementation in the region with the dedication and commitment of every DILG Region III personnel. She also expressed hope for the region's recertification this year.

The Certification International Philippines (CIP) auditors Renato Madrid, Jr. and Janet Safranca led the audit in the Regional Office and Provinces of Aurora and Nueva Ecija. Areas audited were the Context of the Organization and actions to address Risk and Opportunities; Rewards and Incentives; Administrative Assistance; Organizational Knowledge Competence; Technical Assistance and Oversight Function; Customer Satisfaction and Feedback Handling; Internal Audit; and Management Review.

Quality Management Representative Jay Timbreza during the Context Registry audit has verified the exemptions of some services per Quality Manual of DILG R-III. He further elaborated on the identified issues, risks and opportunities in all the programs being implemented.

The audit result in general shows DILG R-III's institutionalized Quality Management System which is a strong demonstration of the management's commitment in delivering excellent service to its clientele.
