CITY OF MALOLOS | The DILG Bulacan conducted the Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA) Final Table Validation today, April 8, 2024.
Through the leadership of PD Myrvi Apostol-Fabia, CESO V, the PAC reviewed and evaluated the means of verification (MOVs) submitted by the barangays and were pre-assessed by respective City/Municipal Awards Committees.
The Bulacan PAC was joined by Judge Maria Belinda Rama (Regional Trial Court), LGOO VI Dante Boac (DILG Bulacan) Mr. Ceferenio De Guzman (LnB representative), Mr. Jay-r Torres (Provincial Government of Bulacan), Mr. Paulo Melito S. Carranza (Executive Assistant I of Board Member E.A. Delos Santos), and Rev. Maria Elena Caniban (Civil Society Organization)
The winning barangay will represent the province of Bulacan in the regional level.

At least 2,500 residents are expected to benefit from the Ambulance project and Assistance to Indigent Families through the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) projects. Said projects amounting to Php 10,000,000.00 in total, were inspected and validated by DILG Bulacan LFP Team, on April 5, 2024, in Municipality of Bocaue, to ensure transparency, accountability, and adherence to implementation guidelines.

The DILG Bulacan LFP Team inspected ongoing construction of Health Station in Barangay Binuangan and Level III Potable Water Supply System in Barangay Salambao, Obando, Bulacan funded under the F.Y. 2023 Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP) with a total allocation of Php 6,606,882.17 per project on April 3, 2024.
Before, they struggled with murky well water containing sand, causing inconvenience and health issues. But now, with the new water system and healthcare services reaching around 100 households in Salambao and 6,739 people in Binuangan, these initiatives have not only solved immediate problems but also laid the foundation for lasting progress in the community.
