The Provincial Government of Bulacan including 8 Local Government Units (LGUs) in the province received their awards during the 2024 Gawad Timpukan Awarding of DILG Region 3 with the theme, “Recognizing Change Makers, Empowering Trailblazers”. December 13, 2024 – The Municipality of Bulakan, under the leadership of Mayor Vergel C. Meneses, launched a significant waste management initiative under the FY 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF). The project, which includes the “Purchase of one(1) unit Garbage Truck” amounting to Php 1,800,000.00, aims to enhance the efficiency of waste collection and disposal services, ensuring a cleaner and healthier environment for the community.
