Governor Daniel Fernando, together with the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) led the Ceremonial Signing of the declaration of the State of Stable Internal Peace and Security (SSIPS) of the Province today, December 20, 2024.

The Provincial Government of Bulacan including 8 Local Government Units (LGUs) in the province received their awards during the 2024 Gawad Timpukan Awarding of DILG Region 3 with the theme, “Recognizing Change Makers, Empowering Trailblazers”. The awards given were related to the Department's programs, such as Kwarto ni Neneng Project, SubayBAYANI, Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC), and Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG).

 

December 13, 2024 – The Municipality of Bulakan, under the leadership of Mayor Vergel C. Meneses, launched a significant waste management initiative under the FY 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF). The project, which includes the “Purchase of one(1) unit Garbage Truck” amounting to Php 1,800,000.00, aims to enhance the efficiency of waste collection and disposal services, ensuring a cleaner and healthier environment for the community.

 

December is widely known as the month of love and giving. As a way to express the true meaning of this season, the Multi-Sectoral Advisory Committee (MSAC) Bulacan have joined together to bring joy to the lives of the children in Christ is the Answer Assembly of God, through Lingap-Handog which held today, December 12, 2024.

Few days before 2024 ends, DILG Bulacan, through the Lunaraya Awards, gave recognition for this year’s outstanding achievements of the LGUs in terms of the implementation of Locally Funded Projects across the Province of Bulacan. Among the LGUs who received recognition are:
