The DILG Bulacan greeted the new year through the conduct of Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) Calibration of Ratings of Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) of personnel on January 4 and 5, 2024. The individual and organizational accomplishments per target indicator were rated according to their quality, efficiency, and timeliness of completion. The DILG Field Officers were met jointly by their Cluster Heads Lydia Baltazar and Judith Romero, while the DILG Provincial Office personnel were handled by Program Manager Gerald Cabarles.

The Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) is a mechanism that links employee performance with organizational performance to enhance the performance orientation of the compensation system. It ensures that the employee achieves the objectives set by the organization, and the organization, on the other hand, achieves the objectives that it has set as its strategic plan.

LOOK: DILG Bulacan Provincial Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia, CESO V, together with TESDA Provincial Director Melanie Grace T. Romero and Atty. Jayric Amil of the Provincial Youth, Sports and Development Office (PYSDO), conducts a coordination meeting to discuss the upcoming mandatory Bookkeeping Training for Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Treasurers, as mandated by Republic Act No. 11768.


DECEMBER 14, 2023: Fourteen (14) local government units (LGUs) in the Province of Bulacan were conferred with the 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Award, to wit:

4. City of San Jose Del Monte
5. Municipality of Angat
6. Municipality of Balagtas
7. Municipality of Bulakan
8. Municipality of DRT
9. Municipality of Guiguinto

11. Municipality of Pandi
12. Municipality of Pulilan
13. Municipality of Marilao
14. Municipality of Santa Maria

The SGLG is an award, incentive, honor, and recognition-based program for all LGUs who have achieved excellence in local governance. It also serves as a commitment for LGUs to continually progress and improve their performance in all areas of local governance.
