The said ceremony was witnessed by Vice Governor Alex Castro, DILG Assistant Regional Director Jay Timbreza, DILG Bulacan Provincial Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia, Provincial Administrator Antonia Constantino, City and Municipal Mayors, LnB Presidents, SK Federation President Casey Estrella Howard, and Provincial Government of Bulacan Department Heads.

JANUARY 24, 2024 | DILG Bulacan spearheaded the Provincial Roll-Out for Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) 2023. The said activity was a success, propelled by the Department’s goal to help the cities and municipalities in the province prepare the documentary requirements for the upcoming CFLGA Audit this year.

More than the documentation, DILG Bulacan highlighted that achievement does not only rely on the number of passers; what also matters is the difference and the impact of every program that the Local Government Units (LGUs) implement in order to prioritize the well-being, safety, and development of children. Present in the said orientation are the members of Inter-Agency Monitoring Taskforce (IMTF), P/C/MHOs, P/C/MSWDOs, CSO representatives and other officers from LGUs.

DILG Bulacan conducts this activity not just as a social responsibility but also as an investment for the future generation, as promoting child-friendly communities in the Province is a multi-faceted endeavor that requires collaboration from different sectors of the society.

The said orientation is conducted under LINANG, one of the facilities of ALAGWA Bulacan, the official Sub-LGRRC of the province.
