IN PHOTOS | DILG Bataan conducted a Provincial Calibration on Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) Ratings and Accomplishments on July 1, 2024 at The Bunker in Balanga City, Bataan.
The session, facilitated by Planning Officer LGOO V Mark Angelo Pumares, aimed to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the 1st Semester CY 2024 Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) Ratings. The latest SPMS forms were used to fulfill the Civil Service Commission’s PRIME HRM requirements.
Moreover, the participants, which includes all the city and municipal local government operations officers and provincial office personnel, were also oriented on the concept of the newly-introduced Performance Validation Tool and the demonstration of SPMS cascading and linking principles. Also in attendance were Cluster Team Leader LGOO VII Cristy Blanco and Program Manager LGOO VI Danilyn Peña.
