The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Bataan, through its Locally Funded Projects Unit, conducted an inspection of the following infrastructure projects on June 13, 2024:
• Construction of a Multi-purpose Building in Barangay Sabatan, Orion
• Construction of a Multi-purpose Building in Barangay Bantan, Orion
• Construction of a Storm Drainage System in Barangay Wawa, Orion, Bataan
Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) Bernardino Santiago assisted the team in discussing the findings, required rectification works, and documentation requirements for each project. These were subsequently presented to Engineer Adrian Agustin of the Municipal Engineering Office.
These infrastructure projects were funded and made possible through the Local Government Support Fund - Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF-FALGU) and the Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF) for Fiscal Year 2023.
