Noong Enero 7, 2025, matagumpay na isinagawa ng DILG Bataan ang "KALINGA at Inisyatiba para sa Malinis na Bayan (KALINISAN) Program" sa Brgy. Sapa, Samal, Bataan, sa pangunguna ni PD Belina Herman CESO V. Ang mga barangay opisyal sa pangunguna ni Hon. Dione Verni Langas at residente ng barangay ay sama-samang lumahok sa programang ito, na bahagi ng layunin ng gobyerno na makamit ang mas malinis, ligtas, at maunlad na komunidad sa ilalim ng konsepto ng "Bagong Pilipinas."
