In line with the E.O. 70 better known as the “INSTITUTIONALIZING THE WHOLE-OF-NATION APPROACH IN ATTAINING INCLUSIVE AND SUSTAINABLE PEACE, CREATING A NATIONAL TASK FORCE TO END LOCAL COMMUNIST ARMED CONFLICT, AND DIRECTING THE ADOPTION OF A NATIONAL PEACE FRAMEWORK”, the Promotion of the provision of Social Services to underprivileged sector of our society in order to continue their trust to the government which will result to the Elimination of Local Communist and Conflict (ELCAC) and for continued development in the countryside is prioritized.
With the massive campaign by the government in bringing itself closer to the people, and with the coordination of all the members of RCSP Team, one of the identified issues in the pilot area have been successfully resolved with the assistance of the Local Government Unit of Maria Aurora. The identified issues and concern of the people is the Livelihood Projects which was immediately responded by the LGU. The requested project is the BIGASAN LIVELIHOOD PROJECT which is identified by the recipients themselves.
Barangay Decoliat is the RCSP pilot barangay while Barangay Diaat is a CSP pilot barangay as identified by Philippine Army.
In relation with this, and with closer coordination between Philippine Army 91 IB, DILG-MLGOO and MSWDO, Mayor Geneta immediately responded by providing and ordering the release of Php 25,000.00 each for Buloy Farmers Association of Brgy. Decoliat, Ma. Aurora, Aurora headed by Bobby C. Nevada (RR) and Diaat Upland Farmers Association of Brgy. Diaat, Ma. Aurora, Aurora headed by Renato Vicente.

During the awarding of check, the LCE delivered a message, “The LGU trusted you with this amount as loan and we expect you to pay this without interest within one year and we will provide more capital if you repay it and effectively use it for the benefits of your members, and this is the proof that the government is really meant business in helping you with the outcome of lasting peace in our area. If we are lucky enough, and with the assistance of Cong. Rommel T. Angara, we will add Php. 30,000.00 to your capital so, it will become Php. 55,000.00, Good Luck!”
