On April 10, 2025, the DILG Aurora Provincial Project Monitoring Team (PPMT), in coordination with local functionaries, conducted progress inspections of the Construction of Health Station projects in Barangays of Debucao,Diome and Florida, under the FY 2024 LGSF-SBDP program. These projects aim to improve the delivery of health services to the community.
The inspection team from DILG Aurora, composed of LGOO VI Amado V. Angara, Engr. III Rosanna C. Hernandez, and Engr. II Kenny Jean N. Iniwan, along with the Local Project Monitoring Committee members from the LGU, conducted a thorough validation and assessment of the ongoing project. The health stations in Barangay Debucao and FLorida was validated both at 10% physical accomplishment. The DILG PPMT observed that projects incurred a negative slippage of less than five percent and advised the LGU to issue reminder letters to the contractor.
Meanwhile, the inspectorate team validated the 15% actual status of the Health Station project in Barangay Diome. Findings were noted upon inspection such as non-provision of gravel fill for grade beam, non-conformance to the approved plans with regards to the beam and column dimension. Through an exit conference, they discussed with the LGU inspectorate team and contractor’s representative, all the observations and reminded them to comply with all the agreed recommendations.
