February 29, 2024 – DILG Aurora Provincial Office conducts its 1st Semester (January to June) F.Y. 2024 Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) Commitment and Targets via Zoom Online Platform.
DILG Aurora Provincial Ener P. Cambronero, CESE emphasized in his message the significance of discussing and communicating the department’s commitments to achieve unified goals and objectives. He added that, SPMS commitment and targets are essentially linked with the department’s mission and vision. It ensures the most effective and efficient strategies and tools to fulfill the functions of all personnel on various levels.
Consequently, LGOO V Bon Paby P. Mingua provided the overview of the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) as starting point on the discussion on the identified success indicators sourced at the Annual Operations Plan and Budget FY 2024 vis-à-vis Regional OPCR. He deliberately explained the major outputs and the success indicators with definite targets along with the division/individual accountable.
SPMS aligns with the strategic goals through the application of premium performances as it ensures individual employee efficiency and accountability, as well as organizational effectiveness, through the establishment of rational performance targets.
