Baler, Aurora. The DILG REGION III, in collaboration with the Provincial Government of Aurora (PGA)and Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT), conducted the Buhay ay Ingatan, Droga ay Ayawan ( BIDA) Symposium on October 26, 2023 at Aurora Training Center.
“Nagagalak po kami sa ASCOT na inyong napili bilang maging kapartner sa BIDA Program. Sa pagtaas ng bilang ng mga estudyante ay ang possibleng pagkakaroon din ng kaso ng paggmit ng illegal na droga”, VPAA RB Gallego said during his message.
The BIDA program aims to create awareness of the ill effects of anti-illegal drugs through symposiums as one of the demand reduction strategies.
One of the highlights of the activity is the ceremonial signing of the memorandum of understanding with the DILG Region III, PGA, and ASCOT.
Speakers came from agencies of PNP AND PDEA. They emphasized the importance of their future as they are the next leaders of the next generation.
At the end of the activity, PD Ener Cambronero challenged the participants to be the champions in their respective classes and circle of friends in advocating for BIDA.
