AN AUDIO VIDEO PRESENTATION
The DILG Zambales Team led by Provincial Director Armi V. Bactad conducted its team building activity for the 2nd Semester in Potipot Island, Candelaria, Zambales last December 13, 2015 to strengthen unity and deepen camaraderie among its personnel.
The team travelled from the Provincial Office to Potipot Island in the said municipality right after its participation in the Fun Run of the Philippine National Red Cross.
The team took a break from the hectic schedule of data submission, LGU monitoring and report compliance to recharge and appreciate the natural beauty of the well-known island in the province. After lunch, the team tested their unity and knowledge as they were divided into two teams (male and female) and were made to compete in a friendly game by answering trivia questions about the DILG Zambales. As a mechanics, each one was allowed to talk only in Zambal, Kapampangan, Ilocano, Pangasinense or English. Speaking in Filipino was “banned” during the game. The team also played “bingo” along the seaside of the island. The team departed from the island at about 5:00 p.m.
