In accordance with the mandate of the Department to assist the local government units, Martin Porres B. Moral, CESO V, DILG Zambales Provincial Director, led a consultation last February 7, 2024, with the three (3) recipient barangays of SBDP 2023 in the municipality of Sta.Cruz. LGOO VI Maharlina J. The DILG Zambales Provincial Monitoring Team (PMT) led by Provincial Director Martin Porres B. Moral, CESO V, conducted a  final onsite inspection of the two completed farm-to-market road projects namely, “Upgrading of Farm-to-market Road in Barangay Biay” and “Concreting of Farm-to-Market Road in Barangay Lucapon South” in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Zambales last February 7, 2024.
